14th Annual RRCA Run@Work Day - September 20

The 14th Annual RRCA Run@Work Day and 8th Run@School Day presented by the RRCA is Friday September 20. Companies,businesses, running clubs, fitness centers, schools and other groups across the country are participating with planned fun runs and walks to get people moving.
The Run@Work Day and Run@School Day goal is to encourage adults and children to get 30-minutes of exercise each day, in accordance with the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Create an event at your work place with your co-workers or find an event to get moving. Get a planning kit, fact sheet, and posters on the RRCA website to help get you started!
Post your event on the RRCA Run@Work Day Fan Page to let others know what you are doing on September 20.

2019 Queen City Invitational - August 31

The Queen City Invitational is an opportunity to see the local college cross country teams like University of Cincinnati, Xavier University and Northern Kentucky University race without a drive out of town. Come out and see the top upcoming young local distance runners compete against each other. 2019 marks the 38th year that the meet has been held. 2019 Cincinnati Aruna Run - September 2

Run or walk for an enslaved woman by name whom the Aruna Project staff personally know and are working to free from the brothels. Thanks to local race sponsors covering race expenses, 100 percent of registration fees and donations go to bring and sustain freedom to women in desperate need of new beginnings.  Has a 5 mile, 5k run or 1 mile race.  Race in the RCGC Grand Prix. RCGC Grand Prix Update - Summer 2019

The Runners’ Club of Greater Cincinnati is doing a Grand Prix Series in 2019. The Grand Prix includes many of the races that the club puts on or supports or races that support the club. Scores have been updated through the RCGC Summer Cross Country Series using official scoring.  Official Scoring is your best 7 races plus your next best B Race, and a C Race.  About 60 club members have participated in one Grand Prix Race.  Next races in the series are  the Cheetah Run and the Aruna Run.   Visit the RCGC Grand Prix page for more information about the Grand Prix. View scores.
