RCGC Grand Prix Update - December 2019

Scores have been updated for the 2019 Grand Prix through the Straight Street Climb using official scoring.  Official Scoring is your best 7 races plus your next best B Race, and a C Race.  About 60 club members have participated in one Grand Prix Race.  Final race in the series is the Egg Nog Jog on Saturday December 21.   Visit the RCGC Grand Prix page for more information about the Grand Prix. Online Registration Open For 2020 Winter Wonderland Run

Online registration is open for the 2020 Winter Wonderland Run which is January 26,2020.  Awards given to the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female Runners. Also age group awards are given for the Top Male and Top Female in the following Age Groups: 18 & Under,19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over.

RACE DETAILS

• DATE: Sunday, January 26, 2020
• TIME: 1:00 PM. 
• PLACE: Fernbank Park, Cincinnati OH. 
• PRE-REGISTRATION: $15- General Public and $10 - RCGC Members / 23 & Under. Shirts: $10.00. Register online at www.cincinnatirunning.com. Ends Thursday, January 23, 2020. 
• RACE DAY REGISTRATION: $20- General Public and $15 - RCGC Members / 23 & Under. Shirts: $15.00. Opens at noon at the Riverview Shelter inside the park. 
• RACE NUMBER PICKUP: Race Numbers can be picked up on Race Day at the Riverview Shelter inside Fernbank Park beginning at noon. 
• COURSE: 5k Course along the paths and trails of Fernbank Park. Be prepared to run on concrete, wood, asphalt, cobblestone, grass, dirt, gravel and possibly mud, and snow.  No strollers allowed on the course due to terrain.

2019 RCGC Holiday In Lights Run Tonight at 6:30 pm

Join the Runners' Club of Greater Cincinnati this evening for one of our longest running and favorite events... The Holiday in Lights Run. We will meet at The Gruff in Covington KY tonight December 9 at 6:30 pm. Run is open to the public!  We plan on taking a group photo before we run. After the run, enjoy drinks and appetizers at the Gruff courtesy of the club.

Time: 6:30 pm
Where: The Gruff, 129 E 2nd Street, Covington KY
What: Run a few miles around downtown.
For: Enjoying the lights of the season around the downtown area.
Distance: Approximately 5 miles round trip. View Route. If you can't make 5 miles, we have a shorter route available.
Party: Follows the run at the Gruff at about 8:00 PM.
