Dressed to the Nines Race Recap
About 40 runners braved the Lunken Bike Loop for our Dressed to the Nines 9K on 9-9-09. The Runners' Club of Greater Cincinnati hashed on 6-6-06 with the Sin City Hashers, felt lucky with a race on 7-7-07, and went crazy with a Friday Night Trail run on 8-8-08, so the club decided to close out the decade with a race on 9-9-09. Fortunately, the club got it in before the rain came and everybody who finished got the famous Runners' Club of Greater Cincinnati pint glass. Congratulations to our overall men's winner Harvey Lewis with a time of 34:20, and the overall women's winner Cindy Moore with a time of 43:14. A big thank you goes to our volunteers Ryan Woolley, Ed Spiller, Doug Rudisell, Mischa McCormick who was our biker and made sure that nobody got lost, and Greg McCormick who served as grillmaster so the runners could enjoy hot dogs, and hamburgers after the run.
