A Midsummer Night's Trail Run Recap
30 runners braved the hills, the fallen trees, the rocks and the heat and humidity on Tuesday August 10, 2010 for A Midsummer Night's Trail Run in Mount Airy Forest. Nobody got lost on the trail that I know about but we had a few scrapes,falls and one sprained ankle. Mischa McCormick repeated as men's winner with a time of 33:02, and Kailey Corken was the top female with a time of 42:42. Our Top Male Master runner was Tom Allman who finished 2nd overall with a time of 36:15 and the top master female was Deana Sutter with a time of 47:27.
