Pregistration Ends Today for 17th Annual Brian Rohne Memorial 5k
Today is the last day to to register for the 17th Annual Brian Rohne Memorial 5k. The deadline for Mail entries ended Saturday. Brian Rohne was the most valuable athlete for the Men’s Cross Country team at Northern Kentucky University in 1992. Brian, like many other young athletes, had great plans for his athletic career. While on a training run in January of 1993, pursuing the dream to be an NCAA champion, Brian was fatally injured. He was 20 years old. All proceeds raised from this event will go to the Brian Rohne Memorial Fund, to assist future runners to pursue that dream of greatness at NKU.
