Northern Kentucky University is starting a new Cross Country series on their new training course on the NKU Campus. They will have three races on Tuesday nights at 7:00pm beginning Tuesday July 17 and ending July 31.
This event is open to all ages and experience levels and will be a great way to introduce the sport to middle school/high school or just plain old school runners. The course is part of a farm property adjacent to the main Highland Heights campus and they are looking forward to unveiling it later this summer.
