Winter Wonderland 5k Run / Walk Recap

About 70 runners braved the cold and snow covered path for the RCGC Winter Wonderland 5k Run / Walk this past Saturday at England-Idlewild Park in Burlington KY. Weather for the run was cold and clear at the start. The bigger challenge was the snow covere path which was slippery in some parts and made for slower than usual times. Matt Motsinger was the men's winner with a time of 17:19, and thirteen year old Kamaria Walton was the top female with a time of 24:17.
