The race will be a 3 mile Run over challenging Adventure type terrain at Lower Millcrest Park. Wear Waffles, Trail Shoes, or short spikes. Starts and finishes by the Sherman Avenue Ballfields. No entry fees. Just a damn fine hard workout on the new summer course designed by Stacy Osborne and Michael Guest. A splendid time is guaranteed to all!
