RRCA Run@Work Day and Run@School Day - September 21

The 13th Annual RRCA Run@Work Day and 7th Run@School Day presented by the RRCA is Friday September 21. Companies,businesses, running clubs, fitness centers, schools and other groups across the country are participating with planned fun runs and walks to get people moving.
The Run@Work Day and Run@School Day goal is to encourage adults and children to get 30-minutes of exercise each day, in accordance with the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Create an event at your work place with your co-workers or find an event to get moving. Get a planning kit, fact sheet, and posters on the RRCA website to help get you started! Post your event on the RRCA Run@Work Day Fan Page to let others know what you are doing on September 21.

2018 Queen City Invitational - September 1

The Queen City Invitational is an opportunity to see the local college cross country teams like University of Cincinnati, Xavier University and Northern Kentucky University race without a drive out of town. Come out and see the top upcoming young local distance runners compete against each other. 2018 marks the 37th year that the meet has been held. The meet is Saturday September 1 at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights KY. The racing begins at 9:00 AM. Visit nkunorse.com for more information.

Grand Prix Update - August 2018

The Runners’ Club of Greater Cincinnati is doing a Grand Prix Series in 2018. The Grand Prix includes many of the races that the club puts on or supports or races that support the club. Scores have been updated through the Brian Rohne Race using official scoring.  Official Scoring is your best 7 races plus your next best B Race, and a C Race.  About 67 club members have participated in one Grand Prix Race.  Next race in the series is the Cheetah Run.   Visit the RCGC Grand Prix page for more information about the Grand Prix. View scores.
