For those who love cross country, live in Kentucky, but are afraid to venture across the Ohio River, Northern Kentucky University has a Cross Country series on their training course on the NKU Campus beginning August 2. They will have 2 mile races on Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm on Tuesday August 2 and Tuesday August 9. This event is open to all ages and experience levels and a great way to introduce the sport to middle school/high school or just plain old school runners.
