TRX and Foam Roller Session for Runners/Cyclists
Are you looking to improve your running while reducing risk of injury? Do you want to climb the hills faster? Combine TRX Suspension training with the foam roller to strengthen your core and other muscles key to endurance sports, and stretch and release your overworked muscles. Six week session: Sundays Feb 12- March 18 from 4:00-5:00 (there is one makeup class pass if you are unable to attend one of the Sunday sessions) BYOR (Bring your own roller), or purchase one at the studio on 2/12.
