The Runners' Club of Greater Cincinnati along with the Norwood High School Cross Country Team brings free cross country
runs to Lower Millcrest Park in Norwood Ohio. Every Thursday starting July 10th through August 21st , there will be a free 5k race
at 7:30pm. There will be a DJ, concessions, and T-shirts sold. No entry fees unless you want your time recorded for posterity.
