The race will be a 5K Run over challenging Adventure type terrain at Lower Millcrest Park. Wear Waffles, Trail Shoes, or short spikes. No entry fee unless you want to be recorded for posterity and wear a chip timing bib, no awards. There will be a social hour after the race in the Millcrest Shelter. Just a damn fine hard workout on the new Iconic Race course designed by Stacy Osborne and Michael Guest. A splendid time is guaranteed to all! - COURSE: 3.1 miles. There are two waterstops on the course – one at the start and one at the finish.
