Sue Harder passed away suddenly at the young age of 58 in January 2021. She was a beloved member of the Fleet Feet Running Club. She was a very active runner who ran three marathons and countless half marathons. Her latest half marathon was just a few months before her passing. She was supportive of all new runners and was a friend and cheerleader to all her fellow runners.
The 2023 Sue Harder Memorial 5K is to be the third annual memorial run for Sue. The run will commemorate Sue by welcoming new friends and old for a 5K in her hometown in Cincinnati as well as virtually across the country. Proceeds will be donated to Girls on the Run.
