Blue Ribbon 5K Race & Family Fun Walk - April 23
April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time set aside to recognize our collective responsibility to prevent and confront child abuse and neglect. The blue ribbon represents the blue coloring of a child's bruise. The Blue Ribbon 5K Race and Family Fun Walk is a fund raiser and community awareness event to support the child abuse education, prevention and treatment services provided by Family Nurturing Center.
This year’s race will be Saturday, April 23rd at 9am. The route begins and ends at General Cable, 4 Tesseneer Drive, Highland Heights, KY and winds through Northern Kentucky University’s campus.
