Runner's Clinic - TRX® Suspension Training®
Kristen McAuliffe of It’s Working Out! has created a runner's TRX Suspension Training clinic with exercises specifically designed to strengthen and stretch key muscles used in endurance sports while protecting against injuries. The clinic begins on Thursday May 5. Join her for TRX® Suspension Training® for Runners & Cyclists at It’s Working Out! at 637 Wilmer Avenue across from the Lunken baseball fields.
Come strengthen your core and other muscles key to your endurance sports while stretching those tight, overworked muscles. She'll also be focusing on injury prevention. Sessions are Thursdays 8 AM - 9 AM from May 5 - May 26. Cost is $80 for all four weeks.
